  1. Everyone? Really?
  2. Football is all about fans being hostile? Really?
  3. Don't worry! We can battle it out with Champions League chasing Everton to finish 11th!
  4. He says he wants to leave for Champions League football and winning leagues. He isn't going to get that at Everton. If he joins Everton in football terms (rather than financial terms) it is a sideways move at best. As the league table shows! Just because you have Ancelotti it doesn't mean you will make the leap to Champions League football any time soon. There is a reasonable chance Saints will finish higher than Everton this season! As for next season, Everton have already shown that when they throw money at things it doesn't work.
  5. If Bournemouth beat Everton, Watford lose to Arsenal & Man City and Villa mess up vs West Ham & Arsenal. Cherries are safe.
  6. Why question me when my post was responding to Batman saying 'He rarely passes the ball forward'. Do you agree Batman's post was nonsense?
  7. We can't on Sunday.
  8. They aren't wrong or misleading. The majority of his passes are forwards. Some Saints fans decide to only focus on the smaller number of backwards/sideways and misplaced passes. The facts are he has a reasonably high pass completion % and a lot of forward passes! Direction of his passes... The reds show misplaced passes, which are obviously a higher % in forward passes as they are more difficult to pull off.
  9. Watford's goal difference probably won't be great after games vs Man City & Arsenal.
  10. That was was my point! 😃
  11. 🤔 Which of their players do you think are capable of bullying Saints? It really isn't Bournemouth's style of play... but it is Hasenhuttl's.
  12. Newcastle signed a player for double our record fee. Villa would want a huge amount for McGinn, likely beyond anything Saints would pay.
  13. Neither of them are realistic signing for Saints. Sarr cost Watford £30m+ and Doucouré would also be very expensive. Far better value buying from non English clubs.
  14. Even if today was a 1 goal loss for Watford, their remaining games are Man City and Arsenal so goal difference probably will go in Bournemouth's favour.
  15. Did you put a bet on it?
  16. I am intrigued to know how much you think Grealish and Ake would cost!
  17. Hence the interest from Spurs and Everton! 😉
  18. The stats prove otherwise.
  19. Does he? He doesn't really look particularly quick to me. I'd say Obafemi and Long are notably quicker, Ings also looks quicker. Adams hold up play is good, but at the moment he isn't offering much else.
  20. Or... different players have different levels of fitness and different workloads.
  21. Let's not re-write things just because he wants to leave. Statistically he is among the best central midfield ball winners in the Premier League this season and has covered a lot of ground. He also has a high number of forward passes into and in the final third. Yes some of his passing can let him down, but the sheer volume of passes he makes means some of them will go astray. Some people are quick to forget his good passes and focus only on those he messes up.
  22. Where do you do your thinking if not your head? 🤔 😃
  23. Pre-match shirt 😲
  24. Turkish and I in an epic never ending internet battle... @trousers can decide which is which!
  25. Is that a judgement you've made?
