Who are the three? van Dijk, Fonte and...? Plus why don't you count Hoedt as a replacement for at least one of them?

The parachute payments are not remotely "juicy", the club will have a significant drop in income if relegated. It is a financial disaster to go down and they are far better off appointing someone competent and staying up.

Hard to see why any Saints fan wouldn't vote 'sack him'. But it is unlikely to be 100%, as any poll can easily be skewed by Skates and/or trolls.

We deserve to go down if we are in the bottom 3 after 38 games. I'm not sure how anyone can justify after 27 games that a club "deserves" to go down.

What about the situation is "too late"? Sack him tomorrow morning and any new manager has 2 weeks before the next league game, 1 point from safety, a reasoanble goal difference advantage over some rivals, a good squad of players compared to rivals and 11 games to do better than at least 3 other clubs.

I'll maintain the quality of the squad isn't the problem. Burnley are 7th, how many of their players would you want in our squad? I think Southampton's is superior man for man in terms of individual quality... the difference is our manager isn't any good & it is costing us... big time!

If Saints are relegated then it isn't face saving, face saving would be to realise Pellegrino is costing us big time and sack him!

Why is not sacking Pellegrino "doing whats best for them"? If Saints are relegated then those three would take a hit financially and it might even cost them their jobs.
