  1. That is ridiculously negative.
  2. Koeman said he had a slight ankle injury. Saints have taken 20 players up north to stay for both the Stoke and Hull games. Cody Cropper is the 19th player, Mane might be the 20th and perhaps may make the squad on Saturday.
  3. I see you replied anyway... lets run with this. Thread title = St Mary's - What we might expect to see happen (and possibly announced soon)... "Might" and "possibly" are not assurances. You appear to love twisting and taking things out of context! Since that thread Cortese has left, so things have notably changed. Its pathetic you keep bringing that thread back up, the club is under different management. In any case Krueger hasn't ruled it out and has confirmed it is still something they are looking at, we just have no idea of the exact criteria he'll use or the timeframe.
  4. 1) No, I didn't assure anything. 2) At least I can insert images correctly. Back on ignore you go, so don't bother replying to me.
  5. The press have been invited to Staplewood for a tour on 5th November.
  6. - The squad are staying up north for both the Stoke and Hull games rather than coming back to Southampton. - Sadio Mané is a doubt for the Stoke game with an ankle injury. - Koeman confirms he won't make many changes. I think Targett will replace Bertrand, Long for Mané and possibly a start for Wanyama.
  7. What was the point in putting out a very strong side vs Millwall and Arsenal if you then go and rest a lot of players in the 4th round? It appears Koeman is taking the cup seriously, which is a good thing.
  8. It is an emergency loan until January.
  9. Saints have the first choice right back of the Belgium national team in their squad, he is the Clyne "back-up". Without Clyne... Bertrand Gardos Fonte Alderweireld
  10. My favourite Football Manager 2015 complaint so far...
  11. Does FIFA 2009 look that much different from FIFA 2015? They are both football games on similar(ish) hardware, they are going to look similar in many respects.
  12. I didn't say we would definitely win both games but for example... Stoke are 5/1 to win tomorrow, I don't think its unreasonable to say we have a good chance of winning. This might annoy them however... how many of their players would you want in our starting XI? None imo (possibly Begovic). They'd likely say Begovic and Shawcross. Begovic vs Forster is debatable, but Shawcross really wouldn't suit our style of play compared to Alderweireld or Fonte as ball playing centre backs.
  13. I bet you were less effective at your job as a bar stool.
  14. It'll likely be Mayuka and Yoshida on the bench over Targett and Gallagher. 3 days ago... Sam GallagherVerified account‏@SamGallagher40 Operation this morning went nice and smoothly! Can't wait to get back in the road to recovery
  15. Its a pointless question as there is a good chance Saints will win both.
  16. Its always going to look largely similar from version to version as it is basically a football stadium, football pitch and some players at a distance. Its not going to compete each year with FIFA's graphics as SI/SEGA don't have the manpower or budget that EA Sports have. It does more accurately recreate what happens in an actual match better than FIFA, even though it doesn't look as pretty in 3D. What were you expecting to see out of a Football Manager's bedroom window? The pitch is over there between the land and the sky. Have you played the beta yet Mr Tokyo-Saint?
  17. You mock, but you can quite clearly see big differences. Football Manager 2009...
  18. The pre-release beta is now out on Steam for people have pre-ordered from participating retailers.
  19. 50% of the last 4 seasons... 2010/11 - Liverpool came 6th & no European football achieved - Fulham 8th (Fair Play), Stoke 13th (FA Cup runners up) and Birmingham (League Cup winners) 18th into Europa League 2012/13 - Everton came 6th & no European football achieved - Swansea 9th (League Cup winners) and Wigan 18th (FA Cup runners up) into Europa League You need 5th to guarantee European football.
  20. 6th place in the Premier League is not an automatic Europa League qualification spot.
  21. Key word in this article... "initial allocation of 2,000" http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/tickets-arsenal-vs-southampton-03122014-2028498.aspx
