Boruc and Davis have recently signed new contracts in the last few months and we also have Gazzaniga and Cropper. I don't think we will be looking to get a new keeper this summer.
-
Cortese might not give a damn, but Forster and his agent would.
-
Do we need Forster when Boruc is our first choice keeper? I doubt either would be happy to play second fiddle to the other. I think it'll be Boruc, Davis, Gazzaniga and Cropper as our keepers again next season.

Were they "hammerings"? Which is the point I was responding to before you took my post out of context? No, they weren't, they were all very good performances and were close games against the top sides in this league away from home.

http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?44595-FBs-vs-Spuds-IF-Shaw-is-still-injured Dickson isn't on loan anywhere, he injured his ankle in February 2013 and returned to Saints. http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/sport/sportbcfc/10252115.Bradford_City_defender_Dickson_could_be_out__up_to_six_months_/ Who?

What about if Saints play like they did at Old Trafford, Etihad or Stamford Bridge?

Have you forgotten this thread has seen numerous takeovers? The lunatics are now running the asylum, plenty more left in this yet....

New trailer out today...

I don't think the FA Cup final can count as a "game in hand" in the Premier League.
-
As things currently stand he is out for the rest of the season.
-
What would Sunderland have had to done tonight for them not to be a threat? Win comfortably? Would you just twist it whatever happened tonight? They were terrible tonight and now will be missing Sessègnon for the rest of the season, plus top scorer Fletcher and captain Cattermole.
-
About half that! Richardson had between 8 and 10 assists last season depending on what source you want to use. He is out of contract in the summer, I think he is very likely to be released and Saints have used Yoshida and Cork ahead of him at full back. I think he is a good Championship right back and thats where he'll end up in the summer.
-
Yep, my order of preference would be... Villa win > Draw >>> Sunderland win
-
It is a problem if Pardew can't communicate with the French contingent as they will be fine among themselves when on the pitch. If Saints have an influx of Spanish speakers, our coaching staff will be fine for obvious reasons.
-
I agree, we are safe, but does have a bearing on if we come above Sunderland. I want Saints to finish as high as possible, a Villa win is therefore the best outcome for us tonight.
-
League position is important, more teams below us = more teams that need to overtake us for Saints to go down. Plus an extra £800k for each league place. I want Saints to remain in 13th tonight, not drop to 14th.

What an interesting summer we are in for...

He's looked far better out wide for Saints than he has centrally in his brief cameos this season. -
So you would prefer Saints to be 14th by the end of the evening rather than 13th?

At the beginning of May, with 3 games left we are 3 points away from 9th and 10th spot. How are we not "top 10 contenders"? We might not achieve it, but we are very close to it at a very late stage in the season, closer in points to 9th than we are to the relegation battle! -

Yes, I think Fox is a liability and I also think Lallana covers his full back and works back well defensively be it Fox, Shaw or Clyne. I say that having been at every home game this season and a number of away games to make such a judgement. You...? -

Shaw has been the number one left back since the beginning of November and our form since the beginning of November is that of a top 8 side. -

This just highlights how little you know, Lallana played on the right vs WBA and wasn't in front of Fox. -
I don't believe you have a season ticket for 2012/13 at St Mary's.

Alpine, As I've told you before... now we've adapted to the Premier League after a poor opening 10 games, the last 25 games have seen us pick up 35 points - top 8 form! Our summer signings played a big part in that, yet you write them off as poor. Can you not see why people get irritated with your negativity with facts like that going against your claims?
-
Can't be good for your health being this negative all the time about what is actually a positive situation when a newly promoted team is 3 points from 9th and 7 points and has a far better goal difference from the relegation zone at the beginning of May!
