The Football League can't justify spending money to save Plymouth to the other 71 member clubs. Especially as it could be money down the drain if the club then goes under in the summer. Unlike Pompey there is no parachute payment to forward to Plymouth (a club with £13m of debt and no cash flow to fund the admin process).
