The article is referring to Liverpool being a cruise port of call, nothing to do with it's proposed plans to become a super port!

The thing is though, it is just that a cruise port of call like Lerwick, Tobermory or Portland. Southampton however is a major turnaround port and home base for some of the worlds most famous and important cruise vessels.

I think this worked in our favour with players like Toby A, Tadic, Pelle and maybe even Bertrand all very keen to link up and work with Koeman. Difficult to imagine any big names or talented individuals wanting to do that with Brendan.

The big clubs are sure to come knocking if they see we have something they want. The only thing to do is make sure they well and truly pay through the nose for any of our coveted assets.

What I find slightly disturbing is we currently have to high profile sports people in the news, following criminal convictions. Both received a 5 year sentence for their crimes( one served 2 1/2 years the, other is likely to serve 10 months) But it seems Ched Evans would seem to be regarded as more of a pariah in the media than Oscar Pistorious!
