Personally thought he made a few decisions that made him look inconsistent and positioning led to him getting in the way of a few passes. Sounds like the red cards were justified but from my viewpoint he should have blown up for a foul on ramirez well before the elbow! Also a bit miffed with his letting Foster time waste so often.

How we've gotten to post #15 without mention of the awfulness that is Clattenberg I do not know! Hopefully this guy can't be worse than him or the other elite refs already mentioned on this list ;-)

Will Clattenberg be pulled up on the foul by Holt on Shaw in the build up to the peno incident? Unlikely ey but if the push in the box is worth a penalty then why was the push on Shaw not worthy of a free kick because it was outside the box then Mark? Although we shouldn't have crowded around the ref like that Rio Ferdinand recently got away with sarcastically clapping in the refs face so I can't see that our players reacting in an upset manner should be punished either based on that!

Just get the feeling that we are getting overly excited about a player based on his youtube videos! I read the guy has only started 3 games for Inter this season, is that because he's been injured or is his position just blocked by a better player? I would quite like to see us go for Ince and I've always thought Phillips has looked good when playing against us. Been quite proud of the fact our team has come up and now continued to use a good number of home based players not sure I'm keen on a future team full of overseas players like at Chelsea.

2 good for us when we fail to play our best attacking players. The other week proved we really aren't strong enough to hold off Chelsea defensively I'd much rather have seen us give it a go with Gaston and Ricky. Saving them for a game against another difficult opponent in Everton might not make any difference.

No, this result won't effect the next 18 results. We lost Adam Lallana in a league game against Reading, seems more likely that will help us get relegated than this result. As others have said if we'd played a reserve team against that Chelsea team we'd have lost by 10.

Gave them too much time and space once they got the equaliser. Thought we were the better side up until then which can only bode well for us going on to the rest of the season. Utter mornonic behaviour o boo one of our own. Guy came on did a decent job as he has in basically every game he's played it's season only o have idiots boo him, we'll done! We as fans expect loyalty from our boys yet apparently can't give it back. Some of his goals last season have us where we are today, show some respect and support in future. Judge on his game by game play not by some silly grudge you have from the last game you happened to be there for or your daft mates explain to you.

Charlie you are talking out of your backside my friend. Lambert won the majority of his headers granted not his best ever game but far from the shambles you are projecting! This is the way we should have played reading for the title last season perfect game play by us today. As for the muppet skiving Guly crap today ... Grow up! I don't care how bad you consider a player has been every player that comes on for saints deserves our full support not to be mocked.
