I know it's different leagues but I wonder what will be deemed worse in case of punishments handed out. Someone with an iPhone allegedly taking a picture of a teams training or fans invading the pitch and allegedly assaulting the opposition players.

Have you actually spoken to fans around the country. Living here in the West Midlands I can tell you I have plenty of Villa, Birmingham, Wolves, WBA (as well as the usual glory hunters) and not one of them gives a flying fuck about it. If anything they all find it hilarious when the image came out.

Surely if Saints knew they had been spying all season, as has been alleged, then when the Middlesbrough incident first came to light they'd have wanted to play it down and confess quickly to stop further info from being dug up. To be fair a few Birmingham fans up here I know think we're going to walk the league even if we lose a few players. They don't understand why we're so doom & gloom when we have "on-paper" goals galore in proven Championship players Armstrong, Archer, BBD, Stewart. Interesting to know other fans perspective.

He would certainly compete for a space with Ross Stewart unfortunately it would probably be the Physio's room then again we do like signing a crocked player!!

Maybe we should employ a tactic of old and buy a Portuguese mate for him as we did with Imants Bleidelis for Pahars and Kleber Chala for Delgado

Birmingham at away is my bet for first game

Monday January 27th 1992, I was 9 years old day before my dad's birthday, for his birthday we were going to watch Saints v Man Utd in the FA Cup. It was a big deal as it was a school night only being 9 and it was Man Utd. We went to pick my mum up from work and as we we're waiting for her Kevin Keegan parked next to us he was picking his daughter up from La Sagesse Convent School in Romsey. We spoke to him for a bit and he asked me if we were going to the game and what I thought the score would be. He predicted a draw and that we'd win in the replay. Even as a 9 year old I thought he was being optimistic. We drew 0-0 on the night and won on penalties at Old Trafford the game where Tim Flowers ran the length of the pitch after saving the deciding kick (from I think Ryan Giggs)

I was talking with a fellow committee member of a grassroots football team up here in the West Midlands last night who is a Watford fan. He'd heard rumours that Cleverly had been linked. I asked him of his opinion. He loved him, thought he was/is going to be a top manager and in his words "too good for Watford" and deserves better than their merry-go-round of managers. Took them on a 29 game unbeaten run last season which I didn't know. Just passing on a Watford fans view. Before anyone jumps on the attack.

Can't be any worse than the shit we've been served up this season. The Wednesday fans I know all rave about him, or at least did up until our interest back in January.

I don't want it but I have a feeling that Rohl will take a job in Germany and we'll end up with Gerrard with Lallana as assistant.
