Apparently as unusual as it is, It was the correct decision and tbf 9 out of ten times you make a bad tackle and the ref plays advantage when there's a stop in play the offender gets booked . Baird was just silly enough to make a second yellow card deemed challenge before the stop in play !?

I think he's right very rarely are youngsters given time to develop while playing premier league football the expectation on them in the lower leagues is less and get they time to learn their trade and make mistakes along the way without having the spotlight on them!
