Back before the end January hopefully. Looks like it is just one foot, and not both.
-
He didn't get on against Stoke because he wasn't on the bench. He had been missing from the scene completely since the Boscombe game. No idea if he was injured, away on holiday, visiting his old mate Alpine or somehow otherwise engaged. But he was back in training last week, so maybe will be an option against City on Saturday.
-
Probably an issue with the Northam then, not with the man himself or with the PA in general. In the Itchen south he is (was) unfortunately loud and clear.
-
Heard him fine and I wasn't even watching at the time as I was making my way down to the concourse.
-
Let's hope it works as you say it does. If so Alps is welcome back anytime we lose. Strange thing is that no-one seems to have mentioned is that Sadio has been rather toothless himself of late.
-
Front 4 of Tadic, Long, Mane and Ramirez would do me.
-
The letter does not imply guilt of all or any of those in receipt. It is actually asking in paragraph 5 for help from anyone in the Itchen North to let Saints know of any untoward behaviour or to provide information. Nothing more, nothing less.
-
Hopefully not, first proper away game for a few years. Must admit my thoughts after their game yesterday were that we may be the subject of a backlash.
-
But they would be last year's horrible Christmas jumpers. I really don't get this. Have you checked with Turkish? He is usually the arbiter of what can and cannot be worn at football matches, in order to avoid embarrassment.
-
This about sums it up. I would give MoM to Stek though, just on the basis that no outfield players deserve it.
-
This is a post match thread. Why point out something that wasn't true today?
-
To be honest, who can blame them, awful stuff today. I stuck it to the end as always, but really what a waste of time.
-
Though those off target came primarily from Tadic, Pelle and Clasie not those you mention.
-
Have never seen Part 2 before. Maybe just never reslised it was the written part.

All you need is love is that anthem. It even starts with La Marseillaise. -

Think that's all most people could do anyway, not many people know the words (and even less know what they actually mean). I certainly don't know the words, and even when I read the lyrics, find it difficult to fit the words with the tune. Formez vos bataillons Marchons, marchons! Qu'un sang impur Abreuve nos sillons! -

You are not being asked to sing it. They are just going to play a choral version of the anthem over the tannoy. -

There are not many who are negative about it, only that the support for Paris/France has already been shown in the place that was singularly appropriate, Wembley for the England v France game. No-one in France needs to be in any doubt as to the support most showed, I even tuned into the bloody England game specifically to see the bit where La Marseillaise was sung (ended up watching the game as it was slightly better than the usual turgid England displays). All very appropriate. Its this continuation by the PL that is inappropriate and should not have been done. What about the teams playing away this weekend, will they have to do the same next weekend? -
Ronald is Erwin's younger brother. I've always thought Ronald was the better player, although Erwin was quite handy.
-
I think there were 4 brothers who all played professionally, Jack (Leeds & Blackburn), George (Leeds & Chesterfield), Jimmy (Leeds & Bradford) and Stan (Chesterfield, Leicester & Rochdale). Wor Jackie, the more famous, was their cousin. Bobby & Jackie Charlton were nephews. Cissie (Bobby & Jackie's Mother) was sister of the four brothers I believe. Bobby & Jackie had two other brothers, one was Tommy, but not sure about the other one. Tommy never played football "seiously" as far as I recall, but I may be doing him a disservice.

Not being told or asked to do anything. "A choral version [of the anthem] will be played after the coin toss, with players from both teams coming together with match officials in the centre circle" -
I'm sure you do...
