On moral grounds there could be a case but this all about rules & laws none of which are based on morals. Give us our day in court and let them decide - thats what they are there for afterall. Problem is the FL don't even want us to have our day in court.

Thats my bet - conversations have taken place in private between the FL & Pinnacle - those conversations are being spoken about at the emergency FL meeting on Monday. Both sides will want to come out with a win win - compromise will be king. Well thats my take on it.

The way I read it (and I could be totally wrong) is that the FL aren't happy with Pinnacle buying just SFC (training ground etc) as this would suggest that the football club and SLH were not "inextricably" linked and therefore the case against the -10 points would not hold water in a court of law. Bloody FL - bunch of ******s!!

They will be revealed when the deal is done - they have to pass the fit and proper bit as they are (or will be) the owners. IMHO it doesn't matter who is put up as Chairman board members etc as they are not going to be the owners. In one way thats another benefit of having one owner.

If that is the decision then I will support it/him. Personally tho' i'd prefer a clean sweep.

Depends what your looking for really? Me I'd head straight for Koh Phangan. But as you seem to be doing the tour - Chang Mai good bars good entertainment and a great night bazaar. BKK - Suhkamvit (sic) is a good area its got just about everything (and I mean everything) you could want. If you want to chill (and you will after a few days) go to Limpini park (not far from Pat Pong night market). Koh San road (backpacker alley) is good fun at night! KPG - stay away from Haad Rin unless you want to party for 24/7. Go to the full moon party if your there at the time - great to see all of the "tourists" taking pics and NOT partying (don't understand that myself). I stay at Baan Tai Resort - its between Baan Kai and Thongsala (about 10 mins to Haad Rin) - the Thai owners are real good friends and all support Saints!! Alternatively if you want a beach hut thats on the sand go to Haad Yow or Thong nai pan. Oh and drop into the "Masons Arms" - all things considered it is probably the most out of place pub i've ever seen (based on the Stoneham arms). Not been to Cambodia or Hong Kong so can't comment. Apologies all - should have used the PM thingy!
