Back 3 of Hoedt,Yoshida, Stephens with Cedric/Bertand/McQueen is ok with Hojberg, Romeu and Lemina protecting. Goalkeeper, advanced midfielder that can shoot and pass plus another scoring mobile forward and we should be ok. Improve on Redmond, Tadic, Davis and Ward-Prowse is vital.

Complete shambles from team selection and tactics. The quick goalkick straight down middle wouldnt catch out a Tyro manager did we not watch any of their games last 2 years? Cripes Nick do you honestly believe that gumph? Did you watch them at West Ham second half...good football? He has Mahrez, Slimani, Vardy, Albrighton, Gray, Ulloa at his disposal at Leicester you think he would get the best out of our forwards? If so what happened in the last 7 out of 8 games? Did you sleep through the European games in Prague, Israel? How was he treated poorly by supporters who were made to sit through multiple games of dross - if you had paid you may feel different! He was offered the chance to change - he refused so how was that being treated poorly - if I refuse what my boss wants I get sacked! PS he also had to work with Watson and Black 2 of our problems IMO.

If thats true why is that useless windsock still in goal, Tadic being picked and Redmond? Why is Black still at the club or Watson? Because a few fans shout on a noddy forum doesn't mean they will listen.

Mitrovic or Ulloa would do a good job for us and not getting any game time , I am sure Claude will be happy to sell to us......neither would need a settling in time. Both are good at focal point of attacks, can find the net and link it - now we just need to offload VVD to pay for one of them :-)

Agreed we are 2 or 3 players away from being a top 8 side with a change in approach and coaches - freshen up with new if you don't want to sack him. Can we wait until January - not really so backroom staff can be changed. MoPe is out of his depth IMO so he needs better than Black and Watson.

That's why we are where we are then....shambles coaching, formation, tactics, selection, policy and morale.

I have not seen any evidence to see him not be - I cannot get the Wolves game out of my head and how he just stood there and on haunches staring at turf. He has not had it easy with some of the cockwombles but team selection....christ what does Tadic have to do to get dropped? Why not even try 3-5-2 and double the option up front? Play McQueen up front....anything but making same mistakes over and over again. His back up team are abysmal...can see why Watson got booted out of England a good coach would get Forster going again.

I actually saw him play about 5 games at Staplewood...OMG he makes Jake Livermore look like Iniesta/Xavi. If ever there was a player making a living on dad's name - he could shout well though and moan at others.

Whilst I think Pellegrino is a frightened rabbit - stubborn, clueless, tactically naive...what finished it was Burnley and taking Gabbii off...the problem is not just him.
