So if its a case of just throwing money at it ...why did Chelse not win the Prem, why are Newcastle so ****e considering the money spent? Money is very important when you are in the Premiership...but in League 1 I am not convinced its the be all and end all. Keegan has experience, can attract players to the club, can get bums on seats which adds revenue.....thats why I want him coupled with the fact his managerial record is very good compared to others. Seeing as you mentioned him Hoddle had loads of dosh at Wolves and Burley spent a fortune here ...not quite that simple as putting a statue in charge is it?

This is the bit that worried me ...KK at SMS yesterday and no-one noticed? Now the paranoia in me is wondering whether this is all a smokescreen....We would of apponted KK if we had taken over - unfortunately we could not complete as the terms Mr Fry offered were not acceptable or do this in time so have to leave this deal? Or has this been released to put pressure on Fry to grant extension? I have not seen any denial from KK though and only TL text to Radio Solent denying anything. However Solent are now stating they believe he will take over.....its all weird.

Nothing to do with being Lowe's puppet....my problem with Wotte is based solely on his performance here as manager. Fair play Frank but take it from me I don't enjoy people losing their job but he shouldn't stay on and agree he has said the right things but so did JP at times. You see there is your read what you want. You have totally chosen to ignore anything that was an explanation of why some of us want Wotte gone. If you read my post it gave full explanation why I want him gone - he has been a disaster at nearly every club he has been. His record is apalling and he sat back as part of the heralded management team and did bugger all while JP was fed to the dogs in the name of resignation! Some of us still supported the club due to sh1te decisions like appointing these 2 Dutch jokers, watched 7 pathetic loans come in, see us appoint 4 Dutch coaches yet still went every week and supported the team. So some of us now want a new manager due to not agreeing with Wotte being any good. If Wotte stays on then I will still go and support us....if he amazingly does be kept on and does well then great because it means we are doing well and thats what we all want. But this does not mean I think he is the best man for the job. I find it comical that someone posts on a thread about stability then mentions that we can replace Wotte in a few months!

Hockaday and Webster. Are they now back at the club? Dismissed? Or in limbo until a new owner comes in? Or were they released at the end of the season as I would think it was a rolling contract? Any ideas?
