I'll pick it up for Evil Monkey next week. -
Got my tickets through today. 24 days to go. \o/

Really think Arteta could have made the difference yesterday. Hibbert was very stupid getting himself booked early doors, the right side was getting over run and Osman had to help Hibbert which led to Everton getting done in the middle. Fellaini should have dropped back a lot more when it was 1-0 and 1-1, he was playing far too advanced and they needed him dropping back to help out. Mikel pretty much ran the show for Chelsea.

Mine last year was £380 with the March Madness thing. Don't have a clue how much it will be this year, £300 for people who had ST's last season seems fair to me, but then we're football fans and always get fleeced so £350 is more likely.
-
I don't think i'll ever be so releaved to shell out the 350 odd quid. Can't wait.
-
Personally I'd get rid of them all, Wotte, Gorre and Svensson need to go and we need a fresh start.
-
This attitude is so wrong it's untrue, he may well and probably will go on to bigger and better things but it clearly isn't working out for him here so we're better off getting rid.
-
I don't care how many goals he scores. If he's supposedly worth a million quid I'd want more than a handfull of goals and a couple of penalties each season. He doesn't put in anywhere near enough effort, he jumps out of challenges and tackles every single week. Towards the end of the season he was even worse, can't wait untill we find someone to take him off our hands.
-
I don't know why I bother sometimes.

Really didn't see that result coming. Iniesta and Xavi really stole the show and made the United midfield look very average. Maybe Fletcher and Hargreaves could have made the difference but I don't think so compated to Barca the United midfield lacked ideas and didn't show any quality on the ball. Pique was brilliant, the best defender on the pitch. I don't understand why SAF sold him for 5m when Sunderland put in a 10m bid for Evans it's looking like he made the wrong decision there. Barca really deserved the win and set the bar for the rest of Europe, probably the best side since United '99.
-
******** after the **** he's put in over the last couple of seasons he deserves all the stick he gets just like any other player who pulled on the shirt last season. It's not like he even tried hard half the time.

I'll be there. -
Lots of players have potential. Surman hasn't improved in three years and can't handle the pressure of being one of our key players. Maybe a move will be best for both parties, he's clearly not going to show any of his potential here and we need the money. Move him on for a million quid and we're laughing, couldn't really care less wether he does well or not at his new club.

There will always be some sort of Southampton to support. Even if it's starting from the very bottom rung of the footballer ladder they'd still be wearing red and white while being based in Southampton which is enough for me. Not sure I could go down the Eastliegh/Totton route just wouldn't be the same. Certainly couldn't go and support another league side that would just seem wrong. If we do get wound up and there isn't another Southampton to support in some form I'd probably lose my love for the game and probably turn to alcoholism, just doesn't bare thinking about.
-
I'd take £1m for the lot.

In the prem Jones has scored 17 goals in 5107 minutes. Really nothing special.
-
There are loads of strikers like him around who are all a lot better, most score more goals and are a lot less sulky. Just in the Premiership you've got: Drogba Adebayor Yakubu Saha Carew Cole Caicedo All similar Premiership strikers to KJ, not saying they're all better than him but the majority are.
-
I really want Barca to win but I can't see anything other than a 3 or 4 goal winning margain for United. United will just sit back and counter attack, Barca can't do anything other than play to Uniteds strengths and with such a shoddy Barca back 4 United should rip them to pieces. One goal from a corner, one from a Ronaldo free kick and then a couple at the end on the break. Will probably put a few quid on 4-0 later.

He cleared all the debts and most of the high earners where before his time.

Kinnear had them midtable before his heart problems. I don't think anyone could have saved them when Shearer was appointed so it's probably a bit harsh to say that's a bad appointment. The only mistake there would probably be not appointing someone new as soon as Kinnear fell ill.
-
Why? Easy to blame Ashley but it's clearly not his fault. Appointing Keegan and then not backing him was his only real mistake.
