Like all leaders in life at some point they mess up,unfortunately think les has had his time transfer policy exposed cannot always buy cheaper quality and if a good commander is needed to lead it is never a comprise for success personally think it's time to step down .you have done well for a while ,pat yourself on the back for that but be ready to concede you cannot justify the mistakes over the last two transfer windows

We had the summer transfer window and now Jan for replacements that left relatively early last season just my opinion but I don't have a lot of confidence in Les but hopefully get proved wrong which I will take chin happily

Oh why o why do we leave most transfers to the last hours when the need is so great ? The players are sports men on huge wages and with talent so why leave them on the bench at the expense of the paying fan

So if you play tennis a have a gruelling match for 4/5 hours you are not given a rest for 5/6 days you have to play te day after!

Don't be insulting I accept the fact you don't have the money fair play,so you are unable to go to many games but just get a real the fans that do travel aren't bothered if we win or lose but do it with pride and passion,sadly we lack both currently so really the manager and board have an issue
