Looking at this weekend's fixtures I would say we need to win to stay in the upper echelons of the league as all the top teams will get points imo. We need to be winning these games if the ideal is to finish top 8, Swansea haven't been all that lately.

I think rvp has earned the right to miss a few.

I think the teams we're as bad as each other, only Cahill had a decent game for England, and maybe cole and Gerrard. Lambert certainly didn't disgrace himself and nearly notched up another assist at the end. When all the players that can be bothered to play come back into the fold Lambert will get 20 minutes here and there and I expect to see him on the plane to Rio.

Surely there's someone better, with welbeck and sturridge out I'd be calling up agbonlahor to throw straight into the welbeck role.

In my opinion Gaston is our best player, you can see he is technically gifted. He's still young and we haven't seen the best of him, fair enough if he struggles to get going in the first half of the season and a large amount comes knocking then think about moving him on but I reckon we should let poch have a decent pre season with him and see what he can do.

I Actually think it's quite funny. What's it gonna change? We're a prem team on the up they're looking at the conference! Let them enjoy this, it actually made me chuckle a bit.
