New manager syndrome, beat west ham and they are in proper trouble, I put it out there a while ago that I reckon they'll go down.

Didn't agree with calling for his head too early but he never learned or got better, his fascination with constantly being aware of the space behind instead of trying to attack got too annoying. Right decision, but should it have been done a month ago? Just out of relegation and a couple of weeks to get in a replacement, pay millions for someone decent to keep is up. May just be ok, need someone in who can get us scoring again.

I'd wait until next week, looks like at least 3 teams around us are playing very difficult games and if we beat stoke we'll pull away a bit and Will be about 7-1. I expect us to get a draw though and move to 5-1 or 11-2.

Funny how people who were at the game are saying we played well and deserve to win but those not at the game are saying we weren't.

I was surprised to see Palace down there, got some tough matches coming up. I was trying to be fair with Saints, I'd be surprised to see us in 13th.

Very disappointing, first half i thought we responded well to the goal, dominated the midfield as lemina was quality, a couple of wayward passes aside, but we have not threat up front whilst Liverpool cut through our defence like knives through butter twice and get 2 goals. I think the 2nd goal demoralised us completely and after dominating for large periods with nothing to show gave up in the second half, we then became awful.

It will be interesting to see all the team's that have been in the relegation zone at the end of the season, I expect most of the bottom half will have been. Difficult to call relegation this year. I think huddersfield will stay in it though.

I want us to go on a winning streak, gain lots of confidence, fly up the table and everyone starts loving MP. Also win the FA cup. Not sure this is going to happen but would be nice.

I'm no club hater but if we don't sign a decent player today whilst sitting second from bottom of the league you have to admit the club have failed it trying their best? You never just have one iron in the fire, surely spending two weeks trying to sort this the club knew the situation, I very much doubt Sparta left it until today to say they want the full amount up front. Should have said "See ya then" and worked with a reasonable club. Obviously if we do sign someone this evening then it could be a saving grace.

Then the club have truly effed up. We're languishing at the bottom of the table, we need a decent signing that can make a difference and also put some positivity around the place. The club have had more than a month to sort this (if VVD can be sold on the 1st Jan), it's bad enough leaving it until the last day but to not get anyone at all is pretty damaging. I hate being negative but there's no spin that can change the fact we're in trouble, more so if no-one is brought in.
