Yep, Red Bull had to end their long standing Sauber partnership when they bought out Jaguar in 2004. Apparently you aren't allowed to own one team and sponsor another due to competition laws, but it's perfectly fine to completely own 2 seperate teams.

I would love Red Bull to be the backers. I know they are Austrian, but still it would be brilliant. I've always liked Red Bull because of their F1 association with RBR and previously Sauber, not to mention the hillarious flug tag and the awesome air race. The Swiss have banned motor sports and have a large hadron collider which is caput. I am unsure if either of these facts is relevant.

I'm going for the bronze. e160 for a weekend pass, which is a bargain for any grand prix weekend, but f**king brilliant at Spa. You don't get a seat, but you can walk round the track and get a piece of turf with a decent view of pretty much any corner. There's a map of the bronze areas on that link. I ended up on the inside of Bruxelles hairpin. Amazing view. 30ft from the cars and with no fence to block the view. They were also going slowly enough to get a few decent snaps.

Would be a shame to lose DMG, I reckon he could do well in L1. Having said that I'm sure you can get much better value for your £1m if you search the lower leagues hard enough.

I'd like to think anyone serious about buying the club wouldn't become fixated on the polarised views of a few nutters who stalk the shaddows of SWF. I think this site is genuinely a fair representation of the views of the fan base on the whole, which is why someone like Tony would use it to interact with fans. Also on the polls, 1 person gets 1 vote. Everyone is heartd equally, so the chick that squarks loudest doesn't nescessarily get the worm. I'm just speculating, I'm sure Tony has his own reasons.

He's as good as any CCC striker when he is in a decent side and has confidence. To me that suggests get a decent manager who can give him both, to others it suggests get rid of him and hope White and Paterson come up with the goods. I do have to laugh at supporters of a Third Division football team saying, "yeah his national team and Champions League record isn't all that. We should get rid of him. I'm not saying Saga will stay, but if he did and wanted to be here, he COULD be an absolute phenomenon in L1. As for wages, I'd take him over 2 Paul Wottons or 1 Jason Euell any day.
