The Subways are great live, must've been really good to see them in such a small venue as well. I saw Dan Le Sac w/ Scroobius Pip at a club in Reading last week, they were really good. Got the crowd going in a pretty small venue (about 200-300). The best bit was the DJ set before they came on though, those guys will have arthritis in the future but for now they remain amazing DJs! Can't for the life of me remember their stage name though...

Not worth paying over the odds for Antonio, especially when he's on a free at the end of the season. Would love Ivan Sproule to come here, he's absolutely electric and knows a thing or two about rough football having played in the SPL.

Not sure where people are getting this whole spoilt brat thing from, I work for my money and don't rely on my parents like most of my friends do. Any travelling I will be doing will be funded by working during Uni and the summer, as i'm already going to incurr enough debt by going to Uni in the first place (about £8.5k p/a) and I don't need any more loans on top of that. As for doing something worthwhile, of course I will be doing something to help others. My cousin has just got a place on a program to go and build houses for people in the Nairobi slums and that's the kind of thing i'll be looking to do, as well as a bit more travelling and seeing a bit more of the world. Mm'kay?

I'm starting to look into things to do after University, and I quite fancy the idea of a few years after Uni working or studying abroad. This is probably because i'm going straight into Uni without doing a gap year, and i'm the type that likes to go to other places and explore a bit. I've been looking at possible things that I could do, but does anyone have recommendations? I'd love to live in Sweden for a while, i've visited and stayed with family a few times and I love it there. Been looking at the courses on offer for Postgrad because the work regulations seem to be very strict.

Inception is the best film i've seen this year, but i'm still yet to see Kick Ass and Toy Story 3. On another note, I just finished watching Adventureland, which was released last year. That was a really good film, a very well made and written 'coming of age' piece. I'd recommend that if you're stuck for something to do for 90 minutes!

I didn't know Band of Skulls were from Southampton, heard their album the other day and liked it! Very bluesy.

It'll thicken naturally, but when you're re-heating it you can always add in some cornflour if it's still too thin.
