Winning the JPT will be far more of a confidence boost for the team as winning against Hartlepool. With Barnard, Seabourne, Puncheon and Otsemobor cup tied for the weekend, I think we can give them starts tomorrow (although Semi and Seabourne are still injured aren't they?), but we do need to rest some players. Lambert, Jaidi, Lallana and Hammond spring to mind as the immediate candidates, as they can really be key players on Sunday. I think we'll line up like: ------------Davis---------- Harding--S'born--Fonte--Mills Papa--Wotton---Morgan--JP ------Connolly--Barnard-----

Wayne Thomas's goal for me every time, purely because he is a CB compared to the likes of Rickie Lambert who is a striker and regularly scored 40 yard screamers for Brizzle! Besides, how much fun is it shouting SHOOOOOT! at WT every time he gets near the ball?

I scored 29, i'm 18. Never mind.

Looks like a nice stadium, shame they can't fill it really.

Yes, it would be stupid to not acknowledge the work that NC has put in. Good shout!

Sticky mods? Anyone out there that could organise something like this? Perhaps outside SMS on Saturday even?

Started this thread for the above poster. I think it's a great idea! Not sure how it would work logistically unless we get a large group of people together some time during the week to do it? Maybe get a large piece of material in the city centre and get people to write their encouraging messages on it, as well as a huge THANK YOU MARKUS! in big red letters!

Probably wouldn't risk it mate, play it safe and don't get a broken nose.

Thomas injured in training - misses Wembley

Yeah, that's a shame for Wayne. He's a very good player for us at this level, and his versatility helps out when we've got regular first teamers missing or otherwise incapacitated. Lloyd James at RB it is then. -
He really is a little tw*t.

Need to step it up in the second half, we've comfortably beaten MK Dons 3 times this season, no reason why we can't beat them again today.

The word WIMBLEDON in the title also gives a clue as to why it was not Saints related.

Scott Arfield scores for Falkirk, and Hull take the lead against Pimpley.

Crikey, Harding at RB. Interesting choice. Hopefully it pays off, otherwise it could be seen as a wee bit of a blunder.

As the Hibbies are currently getting mullered by Hearts, and i've got a few quid rattling around in my pocket, i've put another accy on. Sunderland v Birmingham Birmingham @ 13/5 Doncaster v Sheff Utd Sheff Utd @ 11/5 Leeds v Millwall Millwall @ 3/1 Grimsby v Bournemouth Bournemouth @ 23/20 Ebbsfleet United v Luton Luton @ 3/4 Aberdeen v Dundee Utd Dundee Utd @ 8/5 QPR v Swansea QPR @ 6/4 Again, £1 stake, with potential returns of £1126.94

Don't drive my odds down ya f*cker!

I agree, he looked like he could still do a job in the Championship, but he spent a long time injured before this season and he's also spent the majority of this season injured too. His legs have gone as well. Maybe keep him for another year on a pay-as-you-play, but ultimately I think his playing career is over.
