Depends what you are looking for Baj. But if you are looking for a self certified mortgage, then, it will be considerably more difficult to get one and as such, more expensive. I would recommend putting down as much of a deposit as possible too as possible, over 25% would be ideal, however, its a must to put down over 10% otherwise, the rates you will get will be appauling.
