Is it possible to get RSI in the shoulder from, I guess bad posture while sat at the computer? I have had a pain which I can only describe feels like someone is heating the muscles under the skin, or a very mild, warm pins and needles feeling on my left shoulder. Can't get rid of it no matter what!
