Yeah im pretty sure its £25k. Also loans secured against your property for home improvements are not covered by it either (I think). This is going back a few years to when I did my CeMAPs!

Correct me if Im wrong, but im pretty sure, unless its a home owner loan which is under £25k, its not covered by the Credit Consumer Act.

I appreciate its not all one way, but more often than not you hear about women denying access rights to the father, because they can. Than a father that doesnt want anything to do with his child -
I saw an advert on TV for a banks 'January Sales' back in January (Obviously) Made me laugh. IMO, if this bail out did not go ahead the the turmoil which would insue would be far more expensive. Think if you bank went bust, who will pay the compensation for your savings? The gov't. So if the bail out doesnt happen, you will end up paying a lot more in taxes to cover the money the gov't forked out for everyones compensation. The bail out is by far the lesser of two evils.

Dunno but most of the doctors around just send you packing with some paracetemol or antibiotics. I could do that all day FFS!

Criminal record checks for new job

He is stuffed. Desception in the financial industry is a massive no no, from a bank teller, all the way up to an independent financial advisor. Desception and working with money is like putting an alcoholic in charge of a pub! Generally, if the company is a big one, even things like missed credit payments and defaults will have you failing the credit checks they do. CCJ's, Mortgage Arrears, IVA's and Bankruptcy are a big no no. Although if it is a smaller company, then its down to the discretion of the Compliance Officer of said company. I worked for a Mortgage Broker previously and was amazed that half of the sales Team has previously had defaults and CCJ's! -

Is it me that thinks only womens minds work in this spiteful way. I hear the same old story over and over again. Its almost as if the women take out their frustration on the men by messing around with how much they can see the kids, knowing full well that women normally hold the trumph cards! F*cking disgusts me. I feel for you St Lard and wish you all the best. I think as JustMike says, you should really contact a solicitor about gaining residential custody for a few days a week. This would then concrete your agreement with your wife. I know you dont want to upset her at all for the little ones stability, however, who is to say that if things dont work out well with the place in Andover that they wont move even further away? What happens if he gets a job overseas? She will go with him. I know its not something you want to think about, however a court agreement would protect you against this. FWIW I think as someone above says, having him go to nursery a few days in Gosport as well as a few days in Andover would be a good idea. Or worst case scenario, have you thought about renting in Andover? -
My mate owns a company which sells these and he is doing quite well from it. To answer your question Scud, its not just to look like a cigarette, what your inhaling is nicotine, but what you exhale is not dangerous like passive smoke. Hence why its legal in pubs/clubs. Very expensive though. Like £50 for the fag then you buy the cartridges on top of that. They work out cheaper than ciggys though

I'd lose about 3 stone and have a toned body I think. If I could have another one (if I sucked the body changing genie off for example) it would be to have thicker hair. My hair isnt really thin, but a little bit thicker would be good.
