Your wrong, both lanes can be used for turning right. The markings in the right lane say M3 (this is a right turn), and the markings in the left lane say A33 (left turn down the avenue) and A27(W)(this is a right turn). The roundabout has two lanes on, two lanes all the way around and two exit lanes so why are you cutting people up?

They are just new marker posts. Mainly for use by emergency services etc to pinpoint exact locations. They also have either an A or a B on them depending on which carriageway you are on.
