The recruitment team not signing the right players in attack. We basically replaced a top player in Mane with a Championship standard player in Nathan Redmond for example.

Lambert was involved in more goals in his final season for us than his first season in the PL. 2013/14 13 goals, 10 assists. 2012/13 15 goals, 4 assists.
