We do not have the fanbase to fill a 55,000 seater stadium. I suspect if we got to the Premiership, we would only fill it once or twice a season. One of those being games against the bigger clubs as I suspect Manchester United would have a fair bit in the home ends. Extending St. Mary's in stages is the way forward imo. 45,000 is our limit imo, nothing more. It would be nice if they could make St. Mary's look a bit more unique so it don't look like Pride Park, Walkers Stadium, Stadium of Light, Cardiff City Stadium and The Darlington Arena.

I think we already have our fair share of idiots like this.
