It was Pardew's fault that his job was at risk anyway, we underachieved last season. I read somewhere that he made a promise to Cortese in January that he could get us into the play offs with some extra funds. Cortese agreed, Pardew failed.

Shows how fickle our fans are considering there was a massive cheer when Cortese and Pardew hugged each other as Pardew went up to lift the JPT..... I don't think there were many who booed Cortese, the boos just sounded louder because the atmosphere was shocking - Mainly due to the plastic fans.

I am a bit worried and disappointed with our lack of movement in the transfer window. I don't think we have enough depth in our squad to win promotion. I have the feeling Pardew spent the Summer budget in January after making the promise that he would get us in the Play Offs.

I wouldn't be surprised if the club attempt to get the MK Dons game postponed, this will have no doubt shocked everyone at the club. As for Leyton Orient - A sale out and a fantastic performance from us fans is a must. DO IT FOR LIEBHERR!

I don't think this is as serious as the papers are making it out. The national newspapers usually do a small match report for League One games, these usually have no pictures of the action. There are far bigger stories in football, like the growing number of clubs who are not paying their taxbills.....

The atmosphere at St. Mary's has not been the same since they closed the Itchen North. Thought it was alright tonight, the OWTS for about 15 minutes was beautiful, helped the team step up imo.
