Imagine what this place will be like when you get proper investment and no actual punishment for spending too much. I suspect many of the posters here will enter a stage of depression. Am I the only Saints fan who thinks Pompey will still turn their season around, stay up and somehow find massive investment?

Anyone know how many tickets have been sold for this game? And another question, if my dad was to buy a ticket for this would he have to have the details on the database or could he just show the ticket stub for the Wembley ticket? (If we get there)

Bergovic will be allowed to play for Stoke. Loans don't count. Neal Trotman for example played a couple of games for PNE and was loaned to us. He has now been loaned to Huddersfield.

Can our fans not sing 'Pay Up Pompey'? It sounds very much like Play Up Pompey. It will just add to their atmosphere if we sing it at the game.

Pretty crap game imo. We were maybe the better side but the game should have been more easy from the off then we made it. One thing that annoyed me today was the amount of anti Pompey songs that were chanted. Did we ever chant in support for Saints? The 'Wembley' chants are also setting us up for a massive fall, I didn't know we'd already beat MK Dons over the two legs? Today I thought none of our players really stood out. Fonte had a good game, not sure why Pardew is selecting Seaborne ahead of Jaidi. Barnard was below average, hopefully that isn't a sign of things to go and yet another poor game from Lambert. Papa Waigo looked good when he came on and got a fully deserved goal. We will need to up our game if we want to beat Exeter next week...

What about Lallana? I think Puncheon can play anywhere in the midfield. IMO I doubt Puncheon will even be a Saints player. He likes MK Dons and will want to see it out. Plus Sky Sports Sources for Saints are poor.

Isn't anyone a little worried that despite spending £2m+ we've not really pulled away from the relegation places? All Saints seem to do now is play hoofball, it was very boring to watch and it really doesn't work unless it is against the sides who can't deal with Lambert. There seems to be more and more sides putting a massive man on Lambert now because they know that is all we do, I always thought West Ham played nice football under Pardew. None of this hoofball crap.

We all need these colours, we all bleed these colours, when our hearts are on the line we cry tears of red and white, when I need a friend I go down to and we sing for these colours till the end. 'Southampton *clap clap clap* Southampton etc.. It would actually give us something unique as all the chants we use are used by other clubs...

If the Itchen North gets re-opened for this one due to high ticket sales I hope the club give the people who used to sit there a chance to have their old seats. We need a good atmosphere for this one, too many families were sat there vs Exeter.
