  1. For every success there are a million failures. He dreamed the dream, he ate the roof. I hope he gets well, overcomes the injuries and succeeds as a Freerunner. Really, I think the people who succeed in these kind of extreme things have jumped 10ft gaps - they win, he loses for now. We don't often hear about those who try and fail.
  2. Not enough cash. Also, I used to translate Liebherr company reports. Swiss companies don't have to reveal jack diddly about their ownership structure in comparison to Uk, German, Dutch and French companies. They don't (didn't) reveal directors' salaries, they may be publicly listed, but the control resides entirely with family owned preference shares (many different layers thereof). Which makes it good news, coz owners can do whatever they want without having to bother with pesky ordinary share holders!!!
  3. My old Auntie always said that Totton was the biggest town in the country, probably when considered as a constituent element of a city. FACToid.
  4. I'm not excited as I don't know what's going on. And I haven't read this thread.
  5. Ha! Is there a quota on how many can be caught? Will the Spanish exceed it, surely they're an endangered species already.
  6. I agree in principle with kicking the stuff out of an intruder. But it does presuppose that you are harder than he (or she). I'd have an extreme amount of anger concerning my kids and wife (well maybe I'd have to negotiate on the wife...), but I don't think that alone would be enough. Are you all confident you could administer the punishment?
  7. Don't do that, anything else, not that.
  8. As a matter of interest - do you live alone?
  9. Get to bed boys, it's my turn!!
  10. Well, I am actually fascinated by the perfect male physical form - eg David in Florence, or me in the mirror :-). However, on this depressing day I was hoping for some straightforward tittie shots. This should not involve avians. Ta.
  11. Cheers - thanks for the advice. But do I have to accept the final price after bidding finishes? - I kind of equated the 'Pay it Now' price to a 'reserve', but I don't know whether this is true. BTW. I've bought two items previously and got 100% feedback (for paying for 2 things - next time I go into a garage I want 'positive feedback' after buying 50L of diesel!!)
  12. She doth protest too much! I think, Rattlehead, that you're a deeply emotional person with a lot of valuable feelings that you need to express. Roar for me!!!!!!!! Let it out!!!!!!!!!!! Understand your self!!!!!!!! Let me hear the Rattler scream!!!!!!!!!!
  13. I am a simple man. My club seems fckued. I believe that covered or uncovered breasts are allowed on this bit of the forum. I like natural. Post some?
  14. Hello, I'm hoping that I wont get royally shafted by readers of this forum on the grounds that we're all Saints (RIP?) fans. That is why I seek your advice rather that the wider internet. Also, I've done a search but not found relevant info so far. I've put a couple of things on Ebay - what if I don't want to accept the final bid price? Do I have to bid it up myself? Am I able to reject a final bid? Thanks for your help, really ****ed off about the club.
  15. Failed embedding effort.
  16. Definitely Grassy Knolligton from Viz's work.
  17. Getting bricks and metal fence posts thrown at me by Chelsea fans in 1985. Bunch of ManU fans in the home end in 1986 causing bovver. Bunch of ManU fans in SMS (2001?), not causing bother, but pi44ing me off cause plastic Manu fans had owned SMS.
  18. The last public person to die that I cried about was Bob Paisley. However, I think your poem is pretty good to be honest, not too clunky or too reverential (aka 'ghey'), but expressing a lot of emotion and thought. Anyway, certainly better than anything I could have done. Cheers
  19. Moy veh! Fartig!
  20. The first post was from the 24th, today's posts are talking about Lita???
  21. Shoot everyone, then yourself.
  22. This is inciting hatred of Betelgeusians.
  23. Careful, you'll fall off.

Ta for that. At home, my wireless signal is very stable and predictable, in as much there's certain areas of the housed where I can trust it, regardless of what I am viewing. I don't observe the signal fluctuating depending on what I'm looking at. Anyway, I'll bother next door. Cheers again
