Also, I think you'll find plenty of other teams that had big numbers of outgoings and this really isn't something out of the ordinary. Bottom line is any player who can leave to play in the prem will do so. It's human nature. I'd do the same if I was lucky enough to be any good at football.

Still might keep 2 or 3 yet. But, as other folks have said before, it is no surprise that anyone who is any good has already/will fuck off and all of the shit players will stay until their contracts run down. That's the way of the world

He gets to show how good he is in the prem He gets a pay rise He will have a clause inserted that he can leave if the club is relegated and a suitable offer is made for him Obviously none of the bigger boys came in for him this time, but if he puts up a good showing this season, he'll get his move up the ladder. What's not to like?

Joined Brighton in 2020 and since been on loan at FC Augsburg and Basel. 50 apps for Basel last season / 18 goals / 2 assists. Now back at Brighton with little prospect of playing for them this season. Probably nothing in it, but worth keep an eye on
