I think there was a post on here of someone ordering a child’s kit at the start of December and being told it wouldn’t be available before Xmas, so those problems may still be ongoing.

THB didn’t play all that much in the second half of that season, he got injured in January and didn’t get his place back until there was only about 3 or 4 games of the season to play (by which time Burnley were pretty much promoted). Dont get me wrong, I’m still surprised they didn’t sign him, but maybe they thought the £15m wasn’t value enough for someone who wouldn’t necessarily be starting for them? They spent a combined £20M on two CBs in the summer, so they clearly opted not to go for him for whatever reason. Their loss is definitely our gain.

I believe THB has previously been involved in training with the England senior squad, and as a stalwart of the U21s the England setup will be very aware of him. But until he’s performing in the PL I’d say there’s not much chance of a call up. Edozie is miles away from it.

More nonsense. Yes, there’s a massive scale on people’s opinion of Bazunu. But literally nobody thinks there is a perfect keeper out there, or even if there was that we would get 138 points from him. It’s just a Bad Wolf pile of waffle you keep suggesting. He’s a young kid, he’s made plenty of mistakes before and he’s still making them, surprise surprise people talk about it when it happens.

Just watched the last half hour at Portman Road and, quite frankly, QPR had much the better of it. Neither keeper did much at all but it was mostly the R’s from what I saw. Also QPR should’ve just been given a penalty in the last minute, blatant handball in the area, 100% given in the PL. Finished 0-0.

Agreed, thought he did very well. Clearly has a brilliant touch and also some skills to him, and he’s so young I think previous criticism of him has been very unfair. I think he’ll turn out a very decent player.

I don’t think he pulled him over. I definitely think he unsettled Gnotto but that’s allowed. I saw his arm make contact but I don’t think he wrapped it around Gnotto and i don’t think he pulled him to any sort of significant extent. I reckon VAR might have given it, mind. But I wouldn’t, I stand by it’s the right decision. Happy for others to disagree as a couple of the pundits thought it could be given. But nah, not for me.

I’ve just watched it again on the replays and I’m still not having it, just a bit of a coming together for me. I also think it’s not as bad as the one on Armstrong you mention.

I’d have preferred he lifted his foot into the air and smashed the ball into row Z personally. But agreed overall, a very dominant performance that was made far closer that it needed to be.

Big shout to THB and Janny B, absolutely superb for most of the game. KWP as good as you’d expect, a solid 3 of the back four. Alcaraz’s goal was a great finish but not sure overall he was my MOTM like they gave on the telly. He did ok but not quite there in the first half, but his strike made all the difference so fair play. The only lowlights were Baz having a brain fart and I’m still not a big fan of Smallwilly. Downes and Slowmo Joe a better midfield option imo, though I do like Shea Charles and hope he gets more chance to develop.
