Medical is one reason yes, but overall it’s to ensure that if you overstay for any reason at all your passport will remain valid while still being able to stay in the country legally and without need for an exemption. EU require 3 months which equates to the maximum of 90/180 (which itself will soon be much better monitored with the upcoming introduction of EES and then ETIAS).

Come on now, they only need the Rwanda planes to start taking off and that’ll solve the whole immigration problem immediately.
-
The rest of the world have variations on what they’ll accept, insofar as many countries require a passport to have a minimum of 1-6 months remaining at the time of travel. The EU rule wasn’t invented for Brexit, it’s always been there for third country citizens. And it makes sense really, if your passport is older than 10 years on the day you travel (and/or doesn’t have a minimum of 3 months to expiry) it’s invalid to visit the EU.

Just when you think the Tories can’t scrape the bottom of the barrel any further, then go and announce Jonathan fucking Gullis as party deputy chairman to replace 30p Lee. Gullis is the shaved chimp who previously heckled with this lovely interjection at PMQs.

He also posted on the Malaysia flight 370 thread offering various snippets of interesting info. Quite hilariously, forum moron aintclever didn’t know who West Stand was and definitely didn’t like him “speculating” about events, and told him he didn’t know what he was talking about. Shortly afterwards it was pointed out who West Stand actually was, and that he had an infinitely better understanding of the scenario than basically anyone else in the thread (especially his accuser). Quite fond memories actually of me asking West Stand “please tell me that was you?” when asking if he was indeed the hero of BA009 and him replying “yes it was!”. I genuinely felt a bit humbled to share this mental online space with an actual real life hero.

If Penny could just stand there with heaving bust and sword firmly clenched in her hand saying nothing, I think she’d garner the interest of millions. She’d then promptly lose all of that interest when she opens her trap and people realise she’s actually a complete headbanger with not much going on up top.

You also don’t understand them, to be fair, which is also a consideration.

Big Ange is brilliant, whoever wrote that can get in the bin. Ange 😍

Or if you haven’t seen the game(s) at all. There are many things to criticise xG for and how accurate it could ever be. However the statement “xG never gets anywhere near actual Goals which proves that it is a useless indicator and can be safely ignored.” just demonstrates a complete misunderstanding of what it actually tries to do.

More made up rubbish. Funnily enough it’s quite possible to think you’re a spanner while also hoping the Tories (and their hideous donors) get fired into the sun at the earliest possible opportunity.

Brilliant. Now we're going down the road of asking direct questions to people who are apparently on ignore. Absolutely off his rocker and full of shit.

So Starmer wants to end traditional Cabinet government by, erm, still needing Cabinet approval for stuff. Wow. What a monster he is.

Our points gained in August was excellent, three wins and a draw from 4 games. The performances were a bit iffy but the results were very good. September was the problem, 4 defeats in a row and shipped 12 goals. February was also a wobble, 3 defeats in 4. Unfortunately this season it’s just stacked at the top of the table and runs like that leave you playing catch up. Theres still every chance that the top two or even three could get 100+ points for the season which would be utterly ridiculous.

I thought Villa did one last week too? Disgraceful that Saints didn’t. Shame.
-
Nope, just that he thinks they’re all brilliant and they all deserve to play. https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/24163995.southamptons-martin-explains-made-many-defence-changes/ Sounds like he’s trying to convince himself that playing a lineup with players out of position is absolutely the right thing to do.

It feels exactly like this, always has done this season. RM made a rod for his own back installing Stephens as skipper. Maybe his grand plan was that Janny B was moving on so the partnership would be Stephens and A.N.Other (we signed Holgate before Stephens got injured then THB after), who knows. In any case the goals against stats speak for themselves (although stats were only invented for Asian betting markets…) and we just don’t look as cohesive a unit when we fuck about with lineups and formations. In the Echo recently Martin again said his lineups are about trying to get all of Stephens, Bednarek and THB on the pitch. But that shoehorning players into positions isn’t the reason we’re now looking more porous.

Never noticed before, we have three Joes on the bench.
-
If Bad Enoch gets the gig the Tories will be consigning themselves to a continued stint on the opposition bench.
-
I feel it does the opposite. It might appeal to a small fringe of their nuttier base but it seems like the majority of people will just see right through as yet another sound bite that will actually achieve next to nothing, and yet another feeble attempt at fighting an upcoming election on culture wars.

Joe Aribo - Official: Loaned to Leicester

I think they must have been, yeah! And I can only think that the standings were printed out in full each week. Wouldn’t be able to do that with the amount of people playing these days. -
Oh it’s a definite improvement, and I’m sure he’ll do well there.

Halcyon days those, and it was much earlier than the late 90s, I remember doing Telegraph FF in 1993/94 season. Buying the paper on a Monday to find out how you’d got on over the weekend, kids today with online minute to minute points updates don’t know they’re born.
