  1. Can't Morgan also play centre back? I seem to remember reading about it when he signed. Chris Baird was a rarity, moving into the centre and doing well. I don't think Richardson's even that good in the position he's supposed to be good in. As has been said, Butterfield is the better right back imo.

    Dilemma

No. Cork is more useful in midfield. I'd still rather have Butterfield at right back. I haven't seen Richardson this season but he didn't fill me with confidence last season. Next game is the Carling Cup, so all change anyway.
  3. Connolly's 34. It's a lot to ask of him to play every game in a season, and we don't know what's going to happen with Barnard. We need a striker as well as a CB.
  4. "Just got he from the game thread" Ooh, who did you pull?
  5. We released him when he was 13. I think it's fair to say it was too early to tell how good he'd become. Get him on the bus ffs.
  6. Yes we need a CB and a striker, but not for gay money. Spend it wisely - there is a window in January. Let's ruin Coventry. Bring in Jutkiewicz and Crainie. Watch them burn. (No vendetta, just for shyts and giggles.)
  7. Jutkiewicz in please! My choice for striker. Scored again today too. Chelsea signed Lukaku who's a Chelsea fan, I just think signing a decent, young striker who's also a Saints fan would be a good move. Not expensive either. Gawd knows who for centre back. Good performances today from the subs it sounds, De Ridder and Fox were really staking their claim for a first team spot. I don't like sticking Cork at right back, but with 4 good central midfielders, could this be an option for the future? How we bounce back from this is key. Swindon could be in for an arse whopping, especially if we start Fox and De Ridder.
  8. Crap first half, superb second half. Need a centre back to solidify things, and a striker to put away the chances we had in the second half. Do that, and we'll walk this league. A good defeat, if there is such a thing, because it will bring the lads down to earth, and yet we gave a very spirited performance in a game that could have got away from us. We've showed we're not pushovers, and hey, we're still in the promotion spots. Shame it's behind Brighton - they'll love that.
  9. He sounded good today.
  10. Ipswich now winning. Massive relief for them I reckon, Andrews scores again! Is he the only one that cares? 3 gilt edged chances for us. No goals. Come on Saints, Fox doing well.
  11. This is ours for the taking! Make the pressure count lads. There's even time for 2, not that I'm greedy.
  12. Harding off for Fox
  13. :-( The people have spoken.
  14. Jutkiewicz scores again for Cov. Sign him up. De Ridder wins another corner.
  15. SHot blocked from Lambert. De Ridder causing troubles already! Morgan great tackle. COME ON SAINTS!!!!! No Mercy!
  16. De Ridder on for Guly. Good stuff.
  17. NUNS out. Sexy Weathergirls in. :-D
  18. COME ON SAINTS! Could go either way this game, very open. Leicester sound like a very good team, but we're not laying down. 3-3 would be fantastic, brilliant, amazing, sexual. COYR!!!
  19. COME ON SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111 UTS Get De Ridder on FFS. Go for the Juggler.
  20. Saints player is very delayed - Final Score reported the goal before the commentary even got to it! Was so confused I didn't even get to celebrate the goal! :-( Get in. 3-3 please.
  21. Is Graham Poll reffing? :-)
  22. ...and a booking.
  23. Wasn't keen on Richardson last season, seems to have played better so far this season, but Butterfield gives experience and solidity against teams like Leicester. Let's see how Cork does at right back, though I'd prefer him still in the holding midfield role. Come on Morgan, some decent passing and a rare goal!
  24. Rickie will want to make up for that.
