No. Cork is more useful in midfield. I'd still rather have Butterfield at right back. I haven't seen Richardson this season but he didn't fill me with confidence last season. Next game is the Carling Cup, so all change anyway.

Chelsea signed Lukaku who's a Chelsea fan, I just think signing a decent, young striker who's also a Saints fan would be a good move. Not expensive either. Gawd knows who for centre back. Good performances today from the subs it sounds, De Ridder and Fox were really staking their claim for a first team spot. I don't like sticking Cork at right back, but with 4 good central midfielders, could this be an option for the future? How we bounce back from this is key. Swindon could be in for an arse whopping, especially if we start Fox and De Ridder.

Crap first half, superb second half. Need a centre back to solidify things, and a striker to put away the chances we had in the second half. Do that, and we'll walk this league. A good defeat, if there is such a thing, because it will bring the lads down to earth, and yet we gave a very spirited performance in a game that could have got away from us.
