Not with Trippier and Livramento now no but there were rumours of interest in the summer. I think Villa and Fulham were also linked IIRC. I'm not saying we would entertain selling them but there will be undoubted interest. Same for all Premier League clubs looking for a Championship standout - I think Leeds need to brace themselves for interest in their players too, specifically Summerville who looks fantastic. Leicester probably have the League position to tempt their players into staying (as they will almost undoubtedly be promoted) but if I were a Premier League boss I'd be sniffing around KDH in particular.

I agree - at least with Downes and THB we know we have them until the end of the season (unless there is a recall clause). With Sulemana and KWP we need brace ourselves for potential January interest from bigger clubs. We already know Everton have been interested in Sulemana and I think it was Newcastle who were interested in KWP. Replacing either with anywhere like similar quality would be almost impossible given our league status.

Completely missed today's game due to an incident at work but I could feel the LiveScore updates buzzing on my phone in my pocket. When I got time to have a quick look it was 2-1 to Saints and I was thinking "oh here we go" as I expected a late Brum equaliser but I was presently surprised to come on here when i got home and read we scored a third and we actually played well after a few dodgy performances. I'm glad to hear Bree had a good game at left back, glad to hear Charly and THB scored (AA too obviously) and glad to see Downes get MOTM when he's been excellent recently. The table looks a bit better tonight too, just a shame Ipswich and Leicester continue their unstoppable march and Leeds also want to make a fight of it. I'm looking forward to the highlights later. If we are going to persist with playing AA then personally I'd play him there - he could do no worse than anyone else and it would free up the right spot for Fraser, SAA or Edozie - someone who would be more effective there.

The League so far Top 2 - - - - - - Everyone else - - - - Bottom 3. Fair play to Ipswich, they don't seem to be slowing down. Ultimately it is an 19 way fight for play-off positions right now which is madness.

Now the dust has settled - when we went 2-1 down I couldn't see us getting back into it so I would have taken a draw. We were pretty crap tonight, too many passengers and not enough quality.
