That might be considered a 'substantailly enclosed' building: Premises are considered 'substantially enclosed' if they have a ceiling or roof, but have an opening in the walls, which is less than half the total area of the walls.

I think it's fair to say that at the end of last season most of us went off on our summer hols with the feeling that we had turned a corner and were on the way up at last. Then you-know-who comes back and grabs the wheel and insists that he knows a better path to salvation. As most of us knew at the time, this crazy experiment had no chance of success and was doomed from the outset, yet through blind obstinacy we have continued up the wrong path for too long and now it's probably too late for us to be saved. It's quite clear to me that the man who makes the big decisions is the one who must shoulder the blame, and not for the first time. With his track-record I wouldn't want him anywhere near any enterprise that I owned.

I was thinking that on Saturday. There was a continuous line of stewards in the Itchen / Northam corner. They could have built a big fence (or moat) and saved all the money.

I'm not despondent. Whatever happens I shall still get my fix of football next season, unless the excitement gets too much for me. (apparently it's defibrillator, and I had to look it up too )

I agree totally. In the last 5 minutes Gillett couldn't have been any slower when he went to take a corner. Where on earth was the urgency and desire? And what was Wotte thinking of when he was going to bring on a substitute in injury time?

Our defence has tightened up and our points per game have improved and if we'd started the season like this we would probably have been ok. However, it's all far too late. Now if only we had someone who could score goals.... Wait until you're older, you might feel differently then. All sort of people go to watch football for all sorts of reasons and the world is a better place because of it. Surely we can find room to accommodate everbody (especially at St. Mary's).
