That is good news. When I read about West Ham last week I had written him off. Let's get this sorry saga put to bed and we can all go off and enjoy our summer.

It's a difficult decision. Do we want billionaire owners who are only interested in making their next billion or do we want a philanthropic millionaire for whom football is a passionate plaything?
Call me old-fashioned, but I like my billionaires to live the lifestyle and have lots of money to throw at a football team. I don't mind them living on an estate just so long as it has a country mansion and at least 200 acres.
What do you think? I don't think it's very funny, it's too frightening for words. If that incompetent came back then it really would be the end of the club as we know it.
