It was an obvious touch that a ref in a better position must have spotted. In a situation like this it's up to the ref to check with his assistant as to whether he had seen the flick-on. Even watching on TV You could see it at the time. Old Trafford bias.

I've come to the conclusion that Mané's shooting technique is suspect. He leans back when he tries to shoot with his right foot and the ball goes sailing in the air.
