Front row never used.

Of course it is. Just as it’s impossible to say that without those we would have had a decent start.
-
Without those 2 shit passes and terrible penalty we’d still be sitting on 4 defeats but with a slightly better goal difference.

How can any of them have been winning positions if we lost the games?

He’s 18 of course.

Eerily similar to Cameron Archer’s on Saturday. Same stutter to the left, same placement, header saved.

I presented a technical paper to the Arab Sates Broadcasting Union in Damascus in 1981. The flight out was direct non stop on a Syrian Arab Airways 747SP which went fine. The return was on a British Airways (?) 707 which stopped at Beirut for an hour. I was very nervous whilst we were on the ground. The flight patch was very conservative. We took off, flew a long way north, then west and out to sea, then dropped very low and flew in the last hundred miles or so at low level. Presumably this was to avoid any ground to air missiles. The flight home was similar in that we kept very low until well offshore.

From The Times, ”Southampton were both lovely to watch and lovely to play against, and did nothing to shift the suspicion they are the Burnley of the 2024-25 Premier League season.”

Is this for real? He’s I charge. It’s up to chip to stop it. If he can’t then get someone in who can.

I didn’t clap either. I am not a great believer in the NHS religion.

It never will work. It’s like playing a round of golf without taking any clubs along.

On what grounds do you say that? Despite having three times the possession that Everton did they managed to create more chances than us. As others have mentioned, the emphasis on possession at all costs is not conducive to attacking football.
-
Who needs goals when you can keep possession?
-
Cameron Archer perhaps. It took me a while.

Not enough for a penalty.

The Carabao Cup fourth round draw will take place on Wednesday, September 25 after Liverpool's game against West Ham. That third round tie kicks-off at 8pm UK time.

James Bree looked good.

Technically we haven’t actually beaten them. But who cares?
