  1. http://www.channel5.com/shows/uefa-europa-league-football-live/clips/highlights-fulham-4-1-wisa-krakw about 1:20 in.
  2. Really? I thought we were much better than that. I make it only 49.995.
  3. I thought ours was better, TBH.
  4. Sold outside of EBAY so that has nothing to do with it. What matters is what took place between you and the buyer, what descriptions were made and what conditions were agreed.
  5. As for the V5C, don't you just send it off saying who is now the registered keeper? There is no need for them to sign it too.
  6. If he inspected it and paid in full then he has accepted the goods. When I used to buy the odd car or two at the auctions you only had a couple of hours to return it for any mechanical complaints.
  7. The kids today can't even get a swastika right. I blame the schools. (Doesn't Godwin's Law apply to this?)
  8. I had a call at my business asking to speak to my business partner Mr. J...... saying that my partner had asked him to give us a call at around this time. I asked him when this would have been and he said "about 3 months ago" so I said "I don't think he would have" and he insisted that this was true, so I told him several times in various ways that this would have been unlikely and he kept on insisting that he had been asked by my partner to give us a return call. Then I told him that J.... had died six years before and he went very quiet. I still get junk mail for J...., even after more than 8 years.
  9. Yes, very confusing. I don't know why the ref waited so long to blow his whistle after gathering evryone around the centre circle. The announcement said 'a period of silence', didn't it? Anyway, so long as we take a few moments to remember those no longer with us that's all that matters.
  10. Perhaps we should fear Blackpool and Cardiff?
  11. Sorry, I was trying to be ironic. I'm with you.
  12. DC not doing it? Apart from his goal against Mboro what has he ever done for us?
  13. Fair enough. But I do think that the whole affair could ahve been handled better, nobody seemed to know what was going on.
  14. An ideal occasion for a giant flag of Markus, I would have thought.
  15. Or maybe he was taking a few seconds to othink about it before sending the player off? Both tackles were at least yellow cards so there can't be any complaints. Ferguson should be asking his player why he dived in with two feet when he had already been cautioned.
  16. A few weeks ago on a Sunday morning a bloke knocked on our door and asked us if we wanted to sign a petition against cold calling.
  17. But you know where she's been.
  18. We have an option to buy, I was told.
  19. Nor is it my fault. As a completely law-abiding citizen I take great objection to be considered as a potential trouble-maker. For over half a century I have been making my own way to football grounds all over the country without a moment's problem yet for this one the police want to wrap me in a bubble and set me up as a target to be attacked. I remember my last visit to FP when after being held behind I walked out to be met by a robocop saying over and over again "we... are... going... to... Fratton Park Station" which was no good to me as I was parked a mile away from the ground. When I told him that I was going to make my own way back he looked at me in disbelief and said "you're making your own way are you? Well good luck, sir" and left me to it. I never met a moment's hostility because I was anonymous once I had walked 50 yards from the ground. If I had stayed with the rest I would have been a target for hatred.
  20. How many to be safe from relegation?
  21. I'm the same. So why can't I go to the match on my own? I'm old enough.
  22. Regarding the cash option, it's cheaper to handle debit cards than it is to handle cash.
  23. R.I.P. I shall leave his judgment to a higher authority.
  24. Me too. The last time I went there I was an inconspicuous old git in plain colours. I could have walked out at full time and slipped away quietly but I was made to wait behind and when I was eventually released from police custody it was bleeding obvious that I was one of the Saints' lot.
