  1. Has Son of Bob heard anything?
  2. I'd like to see them ditch this goddamnawful generic web site completely and get it back in-house or outsourced to a local company who would surely do a better job.
  3. Taylor was sacked, he didn't resign.
  4. I think Nick' OP, of what is needed for a play-off spot is a tad optimistic. I think, looking back through the years, that we will need around 73-75 points and therefore over 2 points a game (championship form) from now on. The most I can see us getting is late 60's (maybe 68.) which would leave us around mid-table. That is not being negative or defeatist, just realistic. Next season however, anything lest than top 2 would be a failure IMO.
  5. Or Kevin Keen or Kevin Keelan or Roy Keane?
  6. I was going to mention the old Norwich GK Kevin Keelan but thought it might cause some confusion!
  7. And nobody mentioned Keegan until AFoM brought him up!
  8. Back then it was like magic, even if the resolution was a fuzzy lot of dots throw together which somehow managed to make a decipherable photograph.
  9. From the Donny site: Gillett goes straight into the squad to take on Barnsley at the Keepmoat Stadium (15:00 KO) on Saturday and will wear squad number 31.
  10. On OS now!! http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1824006,00.html http://www.doncasterroversfc.co.uk/page/News/0,,10329~1824005,00.html
  11. It wasn't the first season!
  12. Where did you find this out? Just been on FA site and latest news is about some Woman's FA Cup game where the attendance was quoted as FIFTEEN!! Edit: OK, just found it thanks!
  13. Yup!!! http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1823854,00.html

  15. We have to pay again so that his Donny kit is paid for as well!
  16. I remember the queues inside Glanvilles' in Woolston, waiting for the Football Echo to arrive, between 5.30 and 6pm on a Saturday. They were longer when we won than when we lost (fans used to be sooo fickle ).
  17. I guess it's about fitting into a team/system? AP (at the moment) doesn't see him fitting into ours but O'Driscoll may think he has the ability to fit into theirs? BTW was O'Driscoll at Bournemouth when SG was out on loan with them?
  18. Sounds simple, however I would expect something like this (which is still decent form). Win 16, draw 9, lose 9. 57 points + 5 = 62 points (around 12th position).
  19. Got to be La, la, Lallana... To La Bamba tune, surely??!!
  20. Havant lost to Chippenham. Could be Eastleigh or Totton though.
  21. Not the way he's been playing lately.
  22. 2006 v Hull FC. I was there! Great day out, crap result.
  23. Well other sources say: West Bromwich Albion at 551 feet. Port Vale's ground is at 525 feet, Accrington Stanley 515 feet and Oldham Athletic at 509 feet. or Hawthorns 168 mtrs, Boundary Park 155 Mtrs.
  24. I doubt it! We're on the box the following Sunday (Brighton H).
  25. Last 5 seasons: 2004/05 Champions Luton Town 98 points, 2nd Hull City 86. 2005/06 Champions Southend 82 points, 2nd Colchester Utd. 79. 2006/07 Champions Sc unthorpe 91 points, 2nd Bristol City 85. 2007/08 Champions Swansea City 92 points, 2nd Nottm Forest 82. 2008/09 Champions Leicester City 96 points, 2nd Peterborough 89. 90 points should win the championship and 84 should get automatic promotion, although MK Dons failed last season with 87.
