If you pay by Barclaycard it's 0% for ST purchases, so if you have nothing else on the card you can spread payment throughout the season that way.

We've done something similar for the Rugby League. I can't go all the time but a junior ST was £40 which we paid and that reserves the seat for the season. I just pay in when I go and use the seat, when I don't go, one of my stepson's mates goes.

I think you're right. We will be able to attract somebody who last week was well out of our league (literally). Reminds me of when Blackburn Rovers employed Kenny Dalglish and Fulham Kevin Keegan. At the time people thought Walker and El Fayed were crazy to even think they could attract those managers but they did and the rest is history. Money talks and not just in terms of salary but spending power plays a big part of attracting top managers.
