The Bradford game last night was called off less than an 90 mins before the game, which is not fair on anybody, the fans, the players, the officials or the media. Different era I'm afraid. None of those games would be played now. (I remember going to the Brizzel game in the back of a furniture removal van, talk about brass monkeys). There was a Boxing Day (12 noon KO) game against Chelsea at the Dell, that although not in the snow, was played on virtually a skating rink. A god-awful 0-0 draw if I remember correctly.
