Your worst away day from our time in the wilderness

Getting our own back was sweet though! -
Question about the 25 man squad! What happens to players signed in the January window? Can you add to it or do you have to ship out players to make way?

5-0 defeat at Hull City under Pearson. -
Does not compute!! Does not compute!!

Peter White @peterwhite_1 OK Saints fans will put you out of your misery. Buttner deal broken down because his dad, not any agent, wants a slice of the fee #saintsfc

It won't have a lot of the facilities we have though (similar to the Keepmoat), so won't cost anywhere near to kit out. The foundations etc will not be as deep either. A hell of a lot of concrete went into ours.

Was a really good match and a brilliant story seeing they were a wild card and had only played a handful of games together before. Alas it has come too late for Marray to get himself into the Olympic doubles.
-
Then there's the Crewe manager and the one that we had before that went to Burnley. That's 4 at least!

Why are we discussing QPR's possible (and probably never to come to pass) new stadium, on the main board?

Not his fault that City are prepared to pay stupid wages (that to them is a drop in the ocean). Sunderland's wage cap is a hell of a lot of money to us mere mortals but it isn't a "small drop" from £85k to £60k it's £1.3Million per year. -
Their anger should be aimed at the previous administration that got them into their financial mess in the first place, the administrators, Greene and the other rival bidders that let them go into liquidation before picking over the carcass. They are as deluded as the lot down the road having a go at the players.

Well, no not exactly. They were all rumoured to be targets and with all 3 the trail had gone pretty dead and they were going elsewhere until, Bob's your Uncle, deal done!

Shouldn't Leggett be a nippy winger and Targett a big lump of a Centre Forward?

General Hospital Childrens Heart Unit survives

Really good news but up here it's a different story because they are shutting the Leeds unit. It means a hell of a lot of travelling for anybody in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the East Midlands to either Newcastle, Liverpool or Birmingham. -
IIRC Pre-contract agreements for teenagers weren't in place when Theo was 16. Pretty sure they came in a year or 2 after to stop poaching of promising youngsters and effectively allowing clubs to sign their trainees as professional at 16 (even though the contract doesn't kick in till the player's 17th birthday).

Surprised he was picked ahead of Jordan Rhodes to be honest.
-
Is he our first Olympian since CB Fry?

With only an 18 man squad I don't think any of them will only be 'bit part'. Probably won't be in the starting XI but with only 6 outfield subs, all will get plenty of game time, especially if we progress to the knock-out stages.

I think Rodriguez does. The qualifying for this (for non-hosts) was the last European Championships and equivalent worldwide competitions.

In an alternative Administration to the slippery cheats down the road, the Bradford Bulls (one of the biggest names in Rugby League) have made 16 redundancies today, including their Chief Exec and complete coaching staff, including head coach Mick Potter. They really look like going to the wall with a tax bill of £300k (peanuts in P*mpey terms).

We've played in red shirts before, we've played in red shorts before (granted not very often) and played in red socks before. We just haven't worn them all at the same time in the same kit. FWIW I'm in the 'not too sure' camp but not in the 'outraged of Lordshill' one. I do really like the away version though.
