Try Antwerp ! Thousands of pubs and loads of clubs, the Dutch come over the border at weekends to party there. I worked there and when going to work at 6.30am some of the pubs and clubs would still be rocking !! A lot af the bars or really old but qaint and a good place to meet drinkers etc, Ghent is also good for bars and is a student town. Munich is goo if you know the right places to go and Den Haag is similar.
