  1. maybe but personally i would want to play a lot better than i did on the night, try and get on the score sheet
  2. yeh agreed but lets make it happen again next year, hopefully with more fitness and bigger shorts
  3. possibly derby?
  4. don;t worry u barely feature anyway
  5. obvious suggestion could be ricky lambert
  6. doing it isn;t the problem is finding the rev counter that is
  7. got a 106 1997 indepedence XL. Currently got a clock instead of a rev coutner but hoping to change this so that there is a rev coutner. Anyone know where i can find rev counters to put in, with necessary lead?
  8. don't know and don't care. It looks like though, atm, at least we have good new owners with sufficient financial backing and a good business background. All that is needed is a football background but they have to start somewhere. As much as some people find it all very interesting about who could have been owners, who could have been manager etc, think its time to forget about digging up issues and contravery and focus on the new football season
  9. perhaps our new owners only had the option of using money of paying off debts which in the long term will benefit us more. Maybe we should save big spending for when it is really necessary. Just because he is a billionaire doesn't mean the majority of it will go into transfers
  10. sad news, but haven't seen on it on the news sights anywhere?
  11. its sky andrew also doesn;t look anything like the others suggested hth
  12. i really don;t get the criticsm of Morgan. People say he is light weight but he does challenge for the ball, he is fairly quick and can pass the ball well. When he came on against Ajax he looked lively and immediatly man marked the very physical DM for Ajax and challenged well. He has just had his first season in English football in one of our worst teams in recent history, fans have far to much expectation of him. He will come good and could prove to be a very valuable player this season, give the lad a chance ffs.
  13. yeh edited first post
  14. agree fee for Counago of Ipswich, does this mean saga is not off to swansea as rumoured on here?
  15. he's not rubbish is he, no one could get enought of him with his first ten goals while on loan, and then last season when he had a purple patch suddenly it was as if he would have kept us up had he had a whole season here, fans are so fickle. He will score goals in this league, the only reason we should sell him is because of lack of desire and not on his footballing ability
  16. noticed they put the old 'the saints are comig' back when the teams came out on saturday
  17. i disagree, he has hardly had pre season but still looked very solid at the back, between him Thomas, Perry and Davis we have plenty of experience and leaders at the back, his experience could prove invaluable next season
  18. i'll support him fully, but he has to get results as well, not expecting promotion this season but need to see improvements, Wotte said all the right things, but delivered very little
  19. at first very disappointed but now had time to think about it, look at his record, actualy very happy
