In the past there has been talk of a 2 league premiership. Which is one of the reasons the premier league increased parachute payments to £48m so the clubs that bounce between the two divisions get too rich for the football league and break away to join the premier league to create two much smaller premier leagues. If the PL voted to stop relegation to the football league then the above could become even more viable resulting in the remaining football league clubs becoming even poorer.

Best away noise this season so far was at Leicester. None stop.

My favourite season as a Saints fan...my memory is fading a bit but was great to be there for those opening 9 games.

Poor defensively in 1st half...slow to wake up. 2nd half brilliant.....18 months ago we would have crumbled, heads would have gone down and that would have the end of it.....how different this team is, playing likely want to and thought they could win in the 2nd half. On the 2nd half performance we should be top 6 at end of season, but poor defending as in the 1st half we will end up mid table. The wheels on the bus haven't come off....the tyres are little deflated but Nigel will blow them up over the next fortnight.

No it was 4 times he said 'they are a sleeping giant'. not sure who he was trying to convince; himself or everyone else. But he was struggling to string 2 sentences together. Had to laugh when he said 'they should have won the game' followed by 'he wasn't there'.....lol Shame about the Saints fan after him who said everything correctly except 'Saints are the biggest club in the Championship'...knob. We are one of about a dozen biggish clubs. Leeds are the only real big club in this league...I know they have fallen from grace but they will beat all other clubs in this division for home and away support. Good to see normal service resumed with Saints being the highest placed south coast club.

Congrats to you on picking up crap typing but then those that are losing an argument usually result to such mouthing off. If you can't afford it then don't go simple isn't. Why should the younger ones subsidise the those that aren't retired. As I said count yourselves lucky you haven't had to pay full price because we have been subsidising you.
