Adkins also says that it is a 'squad game' - well more now than ever do we need to see just who is good enough to step up to the mark. Based on the last two performances, we are not that great - if the bottom team can come here and make us look bad, Reading will seriously fancy their chances.

Adding to the squad. We have probably one of the most expensive squads already. As jjsaint just said above - the level of funding required to get us to our current point may not be there next year. All teams, will add to their squads - but that alone is no guarantee of anything.

Ummm and next up are the 'fairly local' Reading..... things could get a whole lot worse.

I really dont think that we have what it takes to do the play offs. They skates are more suited to that scenario. We are a footballing team - we let our football see us through. But when it come time to play ugly and battle a bit we are not too good at it. I dont think we would stand a cat in hells chance in the PO's.

If we dont go up this year mate, we wont go up for a few years. This is our best chance - blowing it now would be criminal. People seem to be under the misapprehension that if we don't do it this year, we will next year (because it is in our 5 year plan...!!). Make no mistake - it's now or never, we wont get a better chance in the very near future.

Yep, got to hand it to them, they got in our faces and battled hard. We couldnt cope without time to pick our passes. Ok they only had two chances - but they took them. We, on the other hand, weren't very good. Weren't very good at Blackpool, Weren't very good againts Portsmouth. Palace.... who knows, Reading...... ????

Really need something from Palace - because I can honestly see Reading doing us.....

If anything they deserved more than us - they worked really really hard, got in our faces, took the two chanced they had with great strikes.

Nope, we dont like it when teams get in our faces - we need that extra second or two to play our pretty passing game - but we're not going to get that here. Time to roll up the sleeves and go to work. Couldnt give a toss how we win - the score is not important - the 3 points are vital.
