No team is going to be too bothered about coming to St Marys this season, most will have marked it down as a potential 3 points and Brighton will be no different. We really need the points to consolidate in mid table, but the best I can see us getting is the draw and slipping further into the mire. 1 - 1 if luck is on our side, otherwise another home loss.

I really want to be positive and say that we will win, but I just don't see it. They have been in a bit of a slump lately, but have bounced back with that result against Watford - when was the last time we scored 4 goals in a game, yonks ago. How many games would it actually take our strike force to score four goals - loads. My heart says we are going to win easily 3 or 4 nil, but my head says that my heart knows naff all and we are about to get another stuffing. So bad is the situation that I'd probably rip your arm off for a point. Please, please, please prove me wrong.

Meh it was a free hit, before the game I said if we could get out with a 3 nil loss I'd take it, so it was close. 3 up front at Anfield, what on earth was he thinking, this is a team that scores goals for fun. We needed more in midfield to try and stay in the game longer, as it was it was all over by half time. Look on the bright side, it's another early night for me, no need to wait for MOTD tonight, thinking about it I rarely watch it these days..!

I'm not sure that we are even that to be honest. At least the make up the numbers clubs compete and give a decent account of themselves. We are pretty much in the 'relegation fodder' league now. Just gotta hope to win that league.

I tend to agree to a certain degree, but the problem is, we play well but don't score, first half on Saturday was a case in point - should've been more than one up. Arguably we should've beaten Chelsea in the cup - but we just didn't take our chances. I don't think our performances are bad, but we lack goals and we are always likely to concede due to stupid mistakes.

My worry as well. I'm struggling to see which teams we will pick up points from, I just don't think we have the fire power to get us enough goals if we need to score more than one to win. Mid table we may be at the moment, but I think our momentum is about to go south very quickly. We threw 3 very important points away yesterday.

Ummm having a great game - only shipped 4 so far with about 15 to play. An improving Arsenal getting their asses handed to them by a rampant Liverpool - I can hardly wait for next week...!
