  2. Underwhelmed by Claude Puel, but then most were underwhelmed by Pochettino, & Koeman even! bit confused as to how he was seen as the best option by the club but it makes sense with Les reed interviewing! but he should be given a fair chance
  3. He is our best player by far no one else has the natural skill & pace to his level & on his day can be a game changer & unplayable, yes hes had bad games & looked disinterested at times but who hasn't? We are basically just a feeder club for Liverpool now! we are a selling club
  4. An ultimatum was given to koeman sign an extension or go Why did we not let koeman see out his last year? That way we would have got one more season and still had plenty of time to look for his eventual successor was it purely for a bit of compensation? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/06/17/everton-manager-ronald-koeman-southampton-ultimatum-forced-me-ou/
  5. surely we knew that by koeman only having a year left on his contract we had to prepare for a possible future without him? surely we were looking at possible replacements in the event that he didn't sign a contract extension?
  6. Right & the home wrecker just happened to say btw I'm here for an interview for the saints job?
  7. Koentucky lied chicken?
  8. vice versa no thanks to the saints fans for his time at the club, hasn't wasted any time in sprucing up his twitter!

  10. We aren't very popular apparently no-one wants to come here cos of lack of funds http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/521374/Southampton-replace-Ronald-Koeman-Saints-manager
  11. well in this country he has
  12. hope its not AVB been mediocre everywhere!
  13. Thought Koeman was a man of his word to be honest, I believed he would honour his last year..... the money was too tempting
  14. now that rons as good as gone if we are honest, I would be happy with howe personally
  15. it seems money really does speak and koeman changed his mind at the last minute when everton kept waving more & more cash! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/06/04/ronald-koeman-agrees-to-become-everton-manager-as-southampton-tu/
  16. Im probably a year late!
  17. breaking news!: has agreed terms with everton alledgedly http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/14536889.Ronald_Koeman_on_the_verge_of_quitting_Saints/
  18. why does he want out so badly? Career or more dosh? Can't see him being first choice at any champions league club
  19. Is jay rodririguez so good he plays the striker role twice
  20. "Ronald Koeman looks proud as punch as he walks around the St Mary's pitch with his players. But, with Everton said to be circling, will he still be there next season? If Europa League football, and a second half of the season only bettered by champions Leicester, won't tempt him then surely nothing will..."
  21. Lets face it JWP isn't really a premier league level player & hasn't improved in the time he's been here but a decent backup I guess. Pleased about forster he is a good keeper in general the only thing i find frustrating is he is a good point blank saves but cant seem to get the simple things right i.e kicks out of play a lot & not very good when one on one with a player like the man city goal but i guess that's a fault most keepers have!
  22. yup cos no player ever has got their dream move then collected the money while not putting in 100% effort
  23. united second best everywhere
  24. exactly for us...... doesn't mean he does elsewhere
  25. oh not the player himself being lazy & useless then?
